By using the services of Fox Junk Removal, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Provided
We offer both commercial and residential junk removal services. Our services include the removal of a variety of items based on the volume, location, and access conditions.
2. Pricing
Our fees are primarily based on the volume of items being removed. Additional factors such as the location, access to the items, and the time required for disassembly may influence the final price.
3. Booking & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. No deposits are required when booking.
4. Payment
We accept payment through Zelle, check, credit card, or cash. Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
5. Liability
While we carry general liability insurance, the customer is ultimately responsible for any damages that occur during the junk removal process. Please ensure that all areas are accessible and free from obstructions.
6. Restricted Items
We are unable to remove hazardous materials, certain electronics, chemicals, or any other items prohibited by law. Please contact us ahead of time if you’re unsure about the items being removed.
7. Environmental Responsibility
We make every effort to recycle and donate items whenever possible. Our goal is to minimize waste and ensure environmentally responsible disposal practices.
8. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that there is clear access to the items being removed. In addition, if permits are required for access or removal, it is the customer’s responsibility to obtain these prior to service.
9. Service Hours
We are available for junk removal services from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
10. Data Privacy
We respect your privacy and store all customer data on an encrypted third-party software to ensure your information remains secure.
